Up until recently, I’ve been rocking an HP probook 4520 that I’ve had for nearly 5 years. I bought it on Ebay at the time because it was the most recent laptop I could find with a CDR/ DVDR built-in. The serial port was an added bonus.

I really liked this machine. It had an “executive” feel to it- with it’s brushed copper finish, number pad and clean design, it was really fun to use.
Not that it wasn’t still performing- I just wanted to get something a little more lightweight, a little faster, and a little easier to carry around.

As it’s replacement, I went back to eBay for another HP, and landed on this smaller, more compact EliteBook Revolve 810.
I’ll share more about it once I get set up and start putting it through its paces
